
In skillet melt 1 tablespoon butter, add onion and saute;
add ground round and fry
In saucepan melt two tablespoons butter and slowly add flour, stirring so
flour is all combined with melted butter
On low heat slowly add to butter and flour the can of consomme soup. Add a little at a
time and stir so the butter and flour combine with the soup without lumping.
When all of soup is added, and about to boil add tomato paste and stir so there are no lumps. Then add sour cream and mix until there are no lumps.
Add fried meat and onions to sauce.
Serve over noodles or mashed potatoes.
